Big O is a working Phoenix air conditioning outfit, not a call centre with a logo. Marsean and his crews do the work. One customer put it plainly after a unit went out on them: he replaced it the same day, and the crew were professional about it.
The thing people keep writing about afterwards is not the equipment. It is that we clean up behind ourselves, and that we come back after an install to check the new system is still behaving. That is the whole job as far as we are concerned.
